    What Happened?

First up someone can remove the @hotmail.com part of my username because I was obviously in some sort of trance when I signed up haha.

What's happened to this place? I've signed back up here a couple of times now and it always seems to end up knackered again.

How does so many (i'm assuming please correct me if i'm wrong) database problems happen? Is it the software you use?

The news site is really really good and it's a shame when people click on there to view the forum they come to this empty place.

It's going to put people off continuing to sign up if it can't be maintained long term.

This will be the last restart of the forums. There will be no more restarting and I know it's hard to keep a place going if everytime there is a database issue or we restarted completely. We have upgraded to the latest version, better host, and tighter security.

So it was the fault of the software you use from vBulletin?

Why are all posts centered? It looks strange the posts being all down the left hand side.

If my own forum had database issues i'd be annoyed too. Cheers for the reply.

My original post was but the rest of the posts since haven't been.

Maybe it's gone back to normal since you sorted out my username for me.

I hope some of the people who used to post here show back up again.

You could do with links on the newsite leading to different topics here to bring in traffic.

Also, what is up with the time. When you go on this forum, the time is off by a lot, at least for me, when they show at the time when the post where made.

Not that time, the time you first see about post here when they are made, when you haven't logged in. That kind of bothers me, very odd.

There's a lot of bugs in these early versions of 4.0 must be something to do with that as I've had that happen on my forum.
